Refund Policy
This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to subscriptions for online IQ test services provided by thinkiqacademy.com ("Company"). By subscribing to the Company’s services, you ("Subscriber" or "You") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
1. Refund Eligibility
1.1. Initial Purchase: Refund requests are only applicable to the initial subscription purchase and must be initiated within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase (“Initial Purchase Date”).
1.2. Non-Completion Requirement: Refund eligibility is contingent upon the Subscriber's non-completion of the IQ test in question. Accessing, downloading, or viewing the final test results constitutes completion and renders the Subscriber ineligible for a refund.
1.3. Additional Services: For subscriptions that include multiple tests or supplementary content (e.g., advanced analytics, personalized reports, bonus assessments), any engagement with such additional services shall be deemed as usage, and a refund shall be either fully or partially forfeited, as determined solely by the Company.
1.4. Proof of Purchase: Subscribers requesting refunds must provide verifiable proof of purchase, including but not limited to order confirmation, subscription receipt, or transaction ID.
2. Refund Request Procedure
2.1. Submission of Request: To initiate a refund request, Subscribers must contact the Company’s designated Customer Support team within the thirty (30) day refund period. Requests received beyond this time frame shall be automatically denied.
2.2. Required Information: The request must include the Subscriber’s name, contact details, subscription information, and a detailed reason for the refund request. Incomplete or inaccurate requests may delay processing and may result in denial of the request.
3. Refund Processing and Approval
3.1. Assessment of Eligibility: Upon receipt of a refund request, the Company shall conduct a review to verify eligibility. Refunds shall be granted at the sole discretion of the Company, pending verification of compliance with this Policy.
3.2. Notification of Decision: The Subscriber shall be notified in writing (via email or other digital means) regarding the approval or denial of the refund request. The Company reserves the right to deny refunds for any reason that constitutes non-compliance with this Policy.
3.3. Processing Timeline: Approved refunds shall be processed within five to seven (5-7) business days of approval notification. Refunds shall be credited to the original payment method, subject to processing timelines of the Subscriber’s financial institution.
4. Exclusions and Limitations
4.1. Accessing Content: Accessing, downloading, or sharing IQ test results or any subscription-based materials, including but not limited to exclusive reports, training modules, or premium content, constitutes full service utilization, and such Subscribers shall be ineligible for a refund.
4.2. Subscription Renewals: This Policy does not apply to subscription renewals. Refund requests for renewal periods will not be considered under any circumstances.
4.3. Promotional Offers: Any subscriptions purchased as part of a promotional offer, discount, or sale event shall be deemed final and non-refundable.
4.4. No Prorated Refunds: The Company does not provide prorated refunds for partial use of services, nor shall it issue any credit for unused subscription days or months.
5. Amendments to this Policy
The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate this Policy at any time, with or without prior notice, in its sole discretion. Subscribers are encouraged to review this Policy periodically for updates. Continued use of subscription services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
